  • Eclipse

Eclipse is a resilient, sweet black cat with a heart full of potential. She was a feral kitten that was trapped at a garbage dump, but after many months of patience and care, she has blossomed into a shy, loving companion. Eclipse loves to play, especially with her best friend, Ferg. They often steal toys from eachother and bat at eachother while lying in their hammocks. Ferg and Eclipse have been together since day one so we want them to be adopted together.

Once Eclipse has gotten to know you, her affectionate side starts to shine through, and she’ll reward you with quiet, tender moments of love. She especially loves cheek rubs and has the cutest white spot on her lip that you can boop. Eclipse would be most successful in a calm and quiet home where she can take her time to adjust to her new environment. She may take months, to years, to adjust fully so she will need a very patient owner that will stick around for the long haul and not give up on her. We think Ferg gives her a lot of confidence and companionship that she needs to shine.

Eclipse has been at the shelter since January 28, 2024

  • Ferg

Ferg is the goofiest boy at the shelter, and he keeps us laughing every single day. He’s obsessed with toys - especially the ones he “borrows” from Eclipse. He loves tossing them into the air, pouncing, and showing off his acrobatics. One moment he’s somersaulting off his bed, the next he’s laying upside down in his hammock.

Ferg came to us as a feral cat living at a garbage dump, and it took him months of patience and gentle care to show us his true personality. Now that he feels safe, he’s blossomed into a brave, quirky, and entertaining boy. He needs to be adopted with Eclipse, his partner in crime. He is the outgoing, confident side to her quiet demeanor. Ferg can play pretty rough and would do best in a home with no kids. He may need months to adjust to a new home and will require a patient owner that will give him and Eclipse the best shot at a forever home.

Ferg has been at the shelter since January 28, 2024

  • Soot

Soot is a feral, fully unsocialized cat who has made incredible progress over the past year. When he first arrived, he spent months hiding in his cubby, barely seen. Now, he’s comfortable enough to watch us from his hammock while we work around him - a huge step forward! While he’s not ready for petting, he’s learning that people aren’t an immediate threat.

Soot will need a very understanding, patient home - adjustment may take years and he will likely hide for months until he feels safe enough to explore. Soot came from a colony of outdoor cats and would likely do well with other calm cats. Soot isn’t the kind of cat who seeks constant attention - he’s a companion who coexists peacefully alongside you, quietly sharing your space. He’s ready to leave the shelter environment and begin the next chapter in a quiet, understanding home that can give him time, patience, and confidence.

Soot has been at the shelter since October 28, 2024

  • Randi

Randi might look a little tough at first glance, but don’t be fooled - he’s actually a big softie at heart. This handsome brown tabby absolutely loves cheek rubs and has a playful side that really shines once he feels comfortable.

One of Randi’s favourite pastimes is going into what we call “turtle mode,” where he tucks himself under his bed to feel safe and cozy. From there, he keeps a close eye on everything happening around him - especially the other cats! He’s always curious about his neighbours and can often be found reaching out to paw at them, hoping to make a connection.

Randi will need some time and patience to adjust in a new home. He was previously a feral kitten, so new people and loud noises can still be a bit scary for him. That said, we truly believe he will continue to come out of his shell in a calm, loving home environment.

With a little understanding and a lot of love, Randi has so much potential to become an incredibly rewarding companion.

Randi has been at the shelter since November 13, 2024

  • Charlie

Charlie is a special senior girl with a whole lot of love to give. This affectionate sweetheart is a nonstop purring machine who absolutely lives for cuddle time. Whether she’s curled up in your lap or stretched out on your chest, Charlie is happiest when she’s close to her people, kneading away and soaking up all the affection.

She’s also quite the chatterbox and will happily “talk” to you throughout the day. Most of her time is spent relaxing and napping, but don’t let that fool you - Charlie still has a playful side and enjoys bursts of energy chasing toys and zooming around the house.

Charlie is diabetic and requires insulin twice daily and diabetic food but her condition is well controlled. She is very food motivated (seriously - she will find it!) so food will need to be kept out of reach. Her determination likely comes from her past - Charlie was found on the highway in rough shape, covered in wounds and very underweight. She’s come an incredibly long way since arriving to us.

Charlie would do best as the only cat in the home, as she prefers to be the queen of her space and isn’t shy about telling other cats how she feels.

Charlie has been in foster care since November 25, 2024

  • Momma

Momma is a sweet, sensitive girl who is still learning that people can be kind and safe. She may be shy at first, but once she gets to know you, her affectionate side truly shines. She loves to rub her cheeks against your hand and will happily roll around, soaking up the attention in her own quiet way.

Because of her past, Momma takes time to adjust to new environments. She came to us from an outdoor colony, and big changes can feel overwhelming for her. With patience, consistency, and a calm home, she will continue to build confidence and show just how loving she really is.

Momma is currently on a urinary diet, as the stress of shelter life has led to some UTIs. In a stable, low-stress home, we’re hopeful she will continue to thrive.

She would do best in a quiet home without kids or dogs, but she does enjoy the company of other cats and can do well with a calm feline friend.

Momma may take a little extra time, but for the right person, she will be an incredibly rewarding companion with so much love to give.

Momma has been at the shelter since December 28, 2024

  • Rowan

Rowan is a goofy, lovable girl with a big personality and an even bigger love for pets. In fact, she insists on the full experience - one hand for her head scratches and one for her bum pats, please!

She’s a playful, affectionate cat who loves to roll around, chase toys, and soak up attention from the people she trusts. Once she feels comfortable, Rowan’s sweet and silly nature really shines through.

Rowan will need a calm home where she can take her time settling in and building confidence. With a little patience, she blossoms into a very affectionate companion who loves being close to her people. She has the most beautiful grey coat that she enjoys having brushed.

If you’re looking for a fun, loving cat with a touch of goofiness, Rowan might just be your perfect match.

Rowan has been at the shelter since January 4, 2025

  • Boots

Boots is a sweet, shy tuxedo girl. She’s a curious girl who seems interested in playing with other cats and clearly wants to be loved. She often perches in her hammock and watches us and she’ll allow gentle pets and cheek rubs. She is playful, silly and loves being as cozy as possible.

Boots has had a difficult past having experienced physical abuse, which left her terrified of humans. It took months of patience and care for her to begin trusting the people around her. Boots is a gentle soul with so much potential for love - with the right patient family, she can blossom into the affectionate companion she’s meant to be.

She needs a quiet home and plenty of time to adjust - adopters need to be aware this could take months or even years. She would do best in a home with no kids.

Boots has been at the shelter since January 7, 2025

  • Virgil

Virgil is a big, goofy boy with an endless sense of adventure. He loves to play, explore, and occasionally get himself into trouble - his favorite trick is climbing into the drawers where we store the cat beds and getting stuck inside. He’s incredibly social and full of personality, always ready to engage, especially if there are treats involved. Food is one of his greatest joys, and he never misses a snack opportunity.

Virgil’s play style can be quite rough, so he’d do best with a sturdy animal friend who can keep up with him - a confident dog would be a great match. Because he can be a bit nippy when playing, he isn’t suited for a home with children.

Virgil has been diagnosed with detrusor atony, which means his bladder doesn’t function normally and he’s more prone to urinary infections. To keep him healthy, he’s on several daily medications as well as a urinary diet. His adopter will need to be committed to providing routine veterinary care, his daily meds, and his special food to ensure he continues thriving.

Virgil has been at the shelter since January 9, 2025

  • Orca

Orca is a beautiful cat with golden eyes and a heart full of sweetness. Orca is a 4-year-old girl who came to us as an outdoor stray on a freezing winter day. It took her some time to trust people, but once she opened up, her gentle, affectionate nature started to shine.

Orca is playful, independent, and cuddly on her own terms. She’s also quite talkative, especially when she wants attention or a treat. She’d do best in a quieter home without kids, but she’d be okay living with other respectful cats.

Orca has been at the shelter since February 7 2025.

  • Tanya

Tanya is a sweet girl who had a rough start to life, but she’s more than ready for her second chance. Despite everything she’s been through, her personality is full of light, love, and a whole lot of goofiness.

The moment you start petting her, Tanya flops right onto her back and rolls around, happily asking for belly rubs - it’s her signature move and guaranteed to make you smile. She’s also quite chatty and loves attention, always ready to keep you company and be part of your day.

Tanya is playful, gentle, and incredibly loving. She can be a little shy at first, but once she comes out of her shell, you’ll see her true self, a girl with a heart of gold who just wants to be loved.

Tanya has been at the shelter since April 26, 2025

  • Watson

Watson is a big teddy bear in cat form, just waiting to smother his people with love. This affectionate boy absolutely adores being held, especially like a baby, and will happily soak up all the hugs you’re willing to give. Once he bonds with you, he’s glued to your side and always wants to be part of whatever you’re doing.

He’s also a playful goofball who loves to have fun, but he does need a bit of supervision with certain toys, as he has a habit of trying to eat them. Watson can sometimes get a little carried away during playtime and may play rough or give a hard nip, so he would do best in a home with no young children (older, cat-savvy kids would be okay).

Watson has the most beautiful long-haired black coat, and he really enjoys being brushed.

If you’re looking for a silly, snuggly companion who will keep you laughing and loved, Watson is your guy

Watson has been at the shelter since April 27, 2025

  • J-Roc

J-Roc is a sweet, playful guy. He can also be very mellow and laid back. He's often stretched out on the floor with his belly in the air. When he's not lounging, J-Roc loves to roam around the shelter cruising for any available food he can snag - he is very food driven! This handsome boy loves his cheek rubs, and is very affectionate.

J-Roc is currently on a urinary diet as he had a urinary infection when he arrived to us - we recommend he stay on this diet for life to keep him healthy and happy. J-Roc would do best in a low-stress house where he can relax. Nomsayin?

  • Daphne

Meet Daphne - a stunning dilute calico with mesmerizing blue-green eyes and a personality as unique as her coat. Daphne is playful, curious, and full of spirit. She enjoys affection on her own terms and has a soft spot for cheek rubs, which are the quickest way to win her over.

She’s not a match for homes with kids - Daphne can bite unpredictably, especially when overstimulated or unsure. She also isn’t a big fan of other cats, although did arrive to the shelter with Astoria. Shelter life has been stressful for her, and we truly believe she may blossom in a calm, understanding home where she can decompress and build trust at her own pace.

  • Simba

Simba is a sweet orange kitty with a lovable chunky charm and a heart full of affection. This gentle boy is on a healthy weight-loss journey and taking it one step at a time. He enjoys lounging around in cozy spots, but he also likes to get up and explore his surroundings when curiosity strikes.

With his calm, easygoing personality, Simba is a wonderful companion who loves a relaxed environment and plenty of love. He’s available for adoption and ready to find a forever home where he can continue his journey and be adored every day.

  • Freddy

Freddy is a distinguished older gentleman with a big personality and a very reliable internal clock—especially when it comes to meals. Breakfast and dinner are his favorite times of day, and he’ll be sure to remind you when it’s time to eat!

Freddy can be a bit of a grumpy boy, but once he chooses his person, he’s wonderfully loyal and loves to be nearby. He isn’t a cuddler, but he shows affection in his own unique way—often perching on his foster mom’s shoulder while she walks around the house or prepares his food.

He has been doing well living with other cats and dogs in his foster home, though he prefers a calm environment and can get cranky if things get too loud or busy. Because Freddy values his personal space, he would do best in a quiet, adult-only home without children.

Freddy is diabetic and will require ongoing veterinary care and routine management to keep him feeling his best. He is also declawed. With the right home and a dedicated adopter, Freddy will make a loyal, one-person companion who brings plenty of character and charm.

Milo will need a special home that can monitor him closely, as he has had three abdominal surgeries after ingesting toys and plastic. For his safety, he would do best in a home without young children and in an environment free of items he might ingest.
